Paris RevPAR up 11.2% in September
According to the EXTENDAM barometer, Paris RevPAR reached €245.8 in September 2026, up 11.2% year on year, against +8.1% for France and +7.5% for Europe. BNP Paribas Real Estate counts €1.9bn invested in French hotels over nine months, 53% of it in Paris.
